During the past week, Toomre Capital Markets LLC ("TCM") has been working behind the scenes to upgrade the underlying software that is used to dynamically present web pages to the reader based on various criteria and preferences. The initial phase of this upgrade is now largely complete. As a result, the complete content of Toomre.com website again is now available and the website has changed its appearance.

With the completion of this upgrade of the server software and the underlying data base tables, more changes will be introduced to this website in the coming weeks. Expect to see more graphics and audio-visual content as well as a more complete reference section that includes a library of suggested reading material, a Capital Markets glossary and a section dedicated to relevant quotes. Eventually, we plan on upgrading the website theme that will change how the site content is presented. However, that is a lower priority to continuing to develop the original content on which readers here have come to depend upon.
